I received the product and it does have 2 usb c and one hdmi ports in the back. I just didn’t see a picture of the back. This product should work nicely.

This Lenovo ThinkPad P16 Gen 3 offers 2x Thunderbolt™ 5, with DisplayPort™ 2.1 and USB PD 3.1, 180W input / 15W output, 1x HDMI® 2.1, up to 8K/60Hz, and 1x Ethernet (2.5GbE RJ-45) located on the rear of the device. These ports will allow for up to an additional 4 monitors to be used alongside the ThinkPad P16 Gen 3.
