Hey there, This ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 features standard Integrated Intel Graphics that accompanies the Core Ultra 5 125U CPU. Also, there is an open DDR5 SO-DIMM slot, so no need to take out the preinstalled 16GB (DDR5-5600) for expanding memory. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions.
