Hi AAngel92, thanks for your question. This Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 Aura Edition is sold by IST Computers on the Best Buy website. This device includes a 1-Year Warranty and a 3-Year Extended RAM and SSD Warranty from IST Computers. Unfortunately, as Best Buy or Lenovo is not the direct seller of this computer, we are not able to confirm if the device is in a sealed original factory package.
