I bought a screen / keyboard cover from Best Buy. Only available online and he loves it!

My concerns about the cover interfering with ventilation fans was allayed; the cover exposes the ventilation fan strip. The cover isn't cheap at about $27, but the Yoga fits perfectly in it and your keyboard is protected from grime when it's facing down in tablet mode. When the Yoga is closed, the entire notebook fits nicely into the Lenovo cover.
