• Yes and Yes. Both very easy. Function + spacebar cycles backlight.

• Yes, and theres 3 levels to the keyboard, just hit Fn and the space bar

• It is Bluetooth compatible and the backlit keyboard can be turned on by pressing the Function key and Space bar at the same time.
