Hey again, PeteM3, this has happened to other Windows users and it's an arbitrary file, non-important. You can delete it by searching for the file name in file explorer and deleting it in its place of origin on the PC (usually under C:Users//) or you can try to perform a Windows Cleanboot (here's a link with steps on how to do so (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/a-strange-file-opens-every-time-i-startrestart-my/ca7a3e6e-74d6-4b6b-b572-a7ea7980b854)).
