To try to resolve this, first, please find the power button on the right side of the laptop next to the ports. Once you boot the system using the power button, you can turn on the "Flip to Start" feature where your system boots when you open the laptop lid. To do so, open the Lenovo Vantage application on your laptop, select the menu tab, then select the device settings tab. Scroll within this tab and look for the feature switch for ‘Flip to Start’ under this section, then toggle the setting on if it's off. Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions!
