Can windows 10 be replaced by windows 8.1 null

We recommend you check with Microsoft for the compatibility of Windows 10 Home with downgrading to Windows 8.1 Home.

Why would you ever want to go back to the worst version of Windows ever? But I think in the setting under restore there is an option to go back to 8.1
