I had to spend some time adjusting the sensitivity on the touchpad. In the bottom right hand corner, to the left of speaker, wi-fi and battery, you will see an up arrow. Click on that and then hover over the icons until you see Synaptics Pointing Device. Open properties - device settings and then settings and you can adjust the touchpad.

You can do this by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Click on the "Mouse & Touchpad Settings". Adjust as you need to. You may need to click on "Additional Mouse Options" for additional settings.
