• No not included. Don't waste your money on an "active pen 2" The active pen 1 works great. It is $25 bucks at walmart like I bought.

• It does not come with the laptop. You have to purchase it separately.

• Is this Windows Ink, And does it come with a Stylus? If not, does is it work with the Bamboo Stylus Pen?
