No, there is no built in CD/DVD drive within this model. You can use an external CD/DVD drive with this model by just plugging the external drive into a USB port on the computer.

Negative. Haven't had any need for dvd drive. Except for installing Adobe photoshop geek squad did @no charge. With 200$ all electronics inside outside auto ANYTHING troubleshooting and labor free for 1 year.CLEANING SPECS OF COMPUTERS AUTO ELECTRONIC AND INSTALLATION of products even if not purchased through Best Buy . FREE. ..Highly recommend !A+++++.
