Yes you can! A simple stylus works in place of your finger for things like scrolling or clicking and dragging, however if you use an active stylus like the Bamboo Ink pen you gain a lot of control via the Windows Ink Workspace! Things like a free drawing canvas, hand written sticky notes with Cortana Insights, screen snip, built in functionality to Microsoft Office, easy photo editing, and so much more! Definitely an excellent addition to any Windows Ink enabled computer!
