• my USB A port is also not working, the device will not go into the port.

Be sure you are matching the format of your USB wireless mouse receiver to the correct port format on this Yoga 7i 14. The 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A (Always On) port, is located on the right side of the laptop.
