“I have had my computer almost 5 months. My camera has a bubble in it, making it unusable - anyone else have this issue? And how do I fix it? Should it be covered under the warranty?”

Please try again later.We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your built in webcam within your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i 14, model number 82BH0006US. Using a microfiber cloth, clean the area around the lens of the webcam. Now check to be sure that the protective film/tape that is factory installed, has been removed from the lens of the webcam. This protective film/tape is installed at the factory, to protect the webcam lens during transient and needs to be removed prior to using the webcam. If the protective film/tape has been removed for the webcam lens, but the issue continues, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.
