Try a wifi signal amplifier or a repeater

Please try again later.Be sure that the BIOS files and drivers including those drivers supporting WiFi are up to date once you know you have the latest version of Windows installed on the computer. Use Lenovo Vantage which is installed on this computer to check for all other available updates for your computer once you have updated Windows. Restart the computer after installing any updates. Try the WiFi connection again. A video conferencing APP will be dependent on the quality of the broadcast signal so try connecting to the internet and use a different APP, one not prone to be overloaded like a group meeting on a video conferencing APP. If the connection remains stable, the problem is with the video conferencing APP, broadcast side.
