    • Answer RAM is soldered on, so not upgradable. The 16gb is a very good amount but the AI capabilities do eat away at it.

You can lookup options by entering the product serial number in the search box at the previously listed link, selecting “International Warranty Services” within “Warranty & Repair”. Full disclosure, there can be some limitations with repairs abroad as US components and onsite repair may not be available in another country. Also, WUXGA and 2K can be interchangeable from a marketing perspective due to the WUXGA resolution (1920x1200) classifying as 2K by the Digital Cinema Initiative, a governing body comprised of major motion picture studios.
