The above answer is not true. To get HDMI or VGA you'll need a USB 3.1 USB-C adapter for this Yoga 920. They are about $15 on Amazon.

It runs ProTools 12 fine for me, but Do Not Get A 4k Display! I have the 4k Display and protools is unusable because it does not scale and therefore everything is microscopic.

Despite Lenovo ensuring me that the 4k wouldn't have any scaling issues with applications, they were very wrong. Adobe CC applications and ProTools as well as a bunch of other apps are extremely small and a pain to use.

Get the regular (non-4k) screen.

In general laptop itself is good one. I have been using yoga line for a while. However this 920 doesn't connect with external displays like projector or monitor or TV. Doesn't matter which adopter you try
