It should show it was made in 2024. Second, yes, the included power adapter will support 100-240V. Last, to be transparent as much as possible, there are two differences between the two Yoga 9i models offered at Best Buy, with the first being the amount of memory featured with the model your questions are attached being 16GB vs. 32, along with the higher tier model having a 4K/60Hz refresh rate OLED display. The 2.8K display model has a few low-star reviews attributed to user issues that should be addressed with system updates, and it is possible this hasn't translated to the other model due to those updates being installed upon setup.
