“How is this desktop NOT touchscreen when Lenovo's website says that it IS a touchscreen?”

• Check the model number. Best Buy model number is F0J20012US. The model number on Lenovo site is probably different (perhaps F0J2000UUS?).

• If this has different variations then which variation/version do I need to get that has the touchscreen? Where can i find and buy this touchscreen version? I tried to purchase from Lenovo's website only for it to decline every attempt to purchase. Many trouble tickets have been submitted but no resolution provided for the issue.

• Hey Audrey, There are various configurations of the Yoga AIO 27", and the touchscreen feature is optional for this all-in-one series with some versions featuring a touchscreen and some do not.
