• Yes. The Intel GPU is much improved and can handle Adobe graphics programs.

• The Intel U chip should be sufficient for photo editing. It has the ability to do casual video editing, but it's not a device meant for content creators, nor can it process video quickly. Photo editing should be less demanding/intensive so it should be fine.
