Is Dolby vision working for the FHD model? null

The colors pop on the screen but not sure if Dolby Vision makes it look that way. The screen is way too dim for Dolby Vision; it would never reach a decent brightness needed for Dolby Vision.

Yes both Dolby Vision and Dolby Sound are on the FHD model as well.
