It should, because it doesn't use a "screen mirror" technology - it just has an HDMI input, so connects like any external monitor.

The tablet will always behave as a right sided monitor. When you have both devices on it mirrors your screen and you can drag open apps to your right till they go offscreen if your lab top to the tablet. You may need to research how it’s done for Mac cause it should not require any 3rd party add one to do it. For Window pc users there’s like a hidden setting like an app inside of windows 10 or 11 that’s reserved in settings you download to make it compatible with your pc. Hope this helps.
