“Still having a display of change filter. Even if i already change filter to a new one. Tried turning it off and on several times still displays change filter.”

You need to hold down button for at least 3 seconds to get light to go off once ypu have changed filter

While the unit is off, press and hold the filter button for 5 seconds. The unit will beep, and the filter light will come on. Turn the unit on, and the filter light will disappear, indicating the filter light has been reset.
