To maintain your filter, we recommend cleaning the pre-filter (outer layer of the filter) using a soft brush or vacuum hose every 2-4 weeks. However, please do not use water or liquid to clean the filter, as trapped water particles may lead to mold growth or mildew odors. Either way, it is encouraged to change the filters after about 6-8 months of use or at your discretion.
