The manufacturer suggests that the unit is placed in a position that allows 18 inches from anything like a wall to allow for good air flow so I don't think wall mounting would be a good idea or would work well. You also need to allow for room to be able to change the filters. Hope this helps. And sorry, I don't know of any other brands that you could mount to a wall.
