• Hi, our Lexie B1 Self-fitting OTC hearing aids Powered by Bose connect to your smartphone via the Lexie app which allows you to customize certain settings to your liking. • The hearing aids have a volume control button on them, so, yes, you can wear them without a phone. Of course, you need a phone to run the app.
