“Does one have to have a cell phone to wear this hearing aid?”

• You need the phone app in order to adjust the settings and to pair them with bluetooth equipment. They seem to work with the factory settings without the app. For myself adjusting the settings is important.

• The hearing aids have a volume control button on them, so, yes, you can wear them without a phone. Of course, you need a phone to run the app.
