QuestionI only have hearing loss in my right ear, my left ear is fine. I only want to wear a hearing aid in my right ear, do I have to wear both or can I just wear the one for my right ear?

QuestionCan the hearing aid transfer sound from a bad ear to the hearing aid in the good ear?

- Answer I’m not sure about “transferring sound”, but using the app, you can independently adjust the volume in each ear. So you can increase volume in the bad ear without increasing it in the good ear.

- Answer Hi, Will, our Lexie B2 Self-fitting OTC hearing aids Powered by Bose can survive very light exposure to moisture such as rain and sweat. However, we recommend you keep the hearing aids dry and protected from prolonged exposure. Should you suspect moisture exposure and/or damage, we recommend you place your hearing aids (remove batteries) in a small air-tight container with drying crystals for a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum period of up to 72 hours before resuming use. Prolonged exposure to moisture may damage the hearing aids.

QuestionDoes the Lexie B2 OTC have a telecoil? Square Dance callers often have a system for hearing aids to get their calls directly. This is what they want in your hearing aid. It is not bluetooth. I may have the wrong name for the device. Thanks!

- Answer To set up your Lexie B2 Self-fitting OTC hearing aids Powered by Bose you will need a smartphone to help you in the process. You can however borrow a family member's smartphone to do so. The volume can be adjusted on the hearing aid itself, but for more features like the environment setting, treble and bass, etc., you will need to control that via the Lexie app. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at (800) 499-1336 or email support@lexiehearing.com.

QuestionThe B2 cannot be placed in electronic dryer. Lexie recommends using their drying crystals overnight. I usually charge them overnight. Is there a way to dry and charge them overnight?

- Answer Hi, marshall, the Lexie B2 self-fitting OTC hearing aids Powered by Bose do not require to be charged overnight. It takes around 3 hours to fully charge the hearing aids, so you can have them in the charger for a few hours and then dry them or the other way around. A couple of hours per day should be sufficient.
