Please try again later.Hi, June, We recommend, to avoid the risk of injury, that our product should only be used with an agency-approved power supply, such as a USB wall charger or computer, that meets local US regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CSA, VDE, CCC) and complies with one of the following or equivalent test standards: IEC 60601-1, IEC 62368-1, IEC 60065, or IEC 60950-1. Important: The devices were tested to work with a power supply of 100- 240VAC, 50/60Hz, 0.3A max. Rated output: 5VDC, 1.6A. We recommend using the product with a USB wall charger or computer capable of providing an output of 5V p 500 mA. Please note that only a USB charging cable is provided with the device. Please further note that we are only capable of providing support to users within the USA.
