Great product, however, it gives some annoying high frequency when accidentally touched by hand across the cable tubing. Great connectivity and charging!

This hearing aid fits well in my father's ears but was difficult to manipulate the features/settings with larger fingers. Larger fingers are challenged when clicking on a small device such as this to enable power, volume etc. It was a constant in/out removal so he wasn't able to get far into the use of the device. Manufacturers of these units should consider the wearer (gender) and the likelihood of finger size as a critical factor in manipulating the buttons on the devices. I would recommend to individuals with slimmer fingers or the flexibility in finger movement.

For people with mild to moderate hearing loss this is a good option. With any modern hearing aid you will need to explore the settings and adjust the settings for the environment you are currently in.

Hands down best hearing aids with the price to match! So happy I learned about these, even recommended to my siblings! Very affordable too!

They worked well but my husband has an android and this only streams with iPhone

These are a good hearing aid until they are not. Just recently the right aid refused to turn on, contacted Lexie customer service and went through all the trouble shooting possibilities and was then informed that they needed to be sent into Lexie. Outcome - now they want me to buy a replacement for the non-working aid. This is not going to happen, and I told Lexie to just send them back to me and a will find a more reliable hearing aid. It's now a $1,000.00 pile of junk and of course it's no fault of the manufacture that it's a defective battery. WOW!

These have been a great help for my 92 year old dad. He enjoys them!
