Should the phone case be removed before charging? null

It didn’t have to be in the case of both my brother and dad who have otterbox cases. It worked with the case on. I gusss it depends on how thick your case is, though. Also, make sure you don’t have a magnet where the QI charging happens.

Hi Not necessarily. Oblio works with most standard phone cases on. You may have to remove your phone case if you see that OBLIO is not charging your phone properly.
