“Does this microwave have the Easy Clean interior with the rounded edges?”

There is an EasyClean logo on the front, but it does not have completely curved corners inside, the back corners still come to a 90 degree angle. The surface seems to be relatively easy to clean and smooth throughout, other than the vents.

It is very easy to clean! Food wipes off with very little effort.

For the most part, yes. In the back of the oven compartment, there are some right-angled surfaces. Just be sure that your food splatters towards the front when cooking!
