• It would easily fit into a Cabinet 24" deep. You would have ample room for venting. Just make sure you leave a airspace in the back.

• Ours sits back into the counter underneath the cabinets with ease. There is a peace mounted on the back of the microwave that assures that there is ample space for circulation. With it set all of the way back to the wall, it measures 17 inches to the the front surface and the unit is 16 inches deep. Not counting the handle

• Very easily, I had to get my daughter this smaller version of the LG and indeed it is mounted in a cabinet
