“My current need is for a 1.1 or 1.2 cf microwave BUT the light MUST remain ON when I open the door. Is this true for all LG mw's of this size? The LG model I inquired about is too high (15.5")”

• Hello Ken. Regardless of whether it's the LG - 1.1 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave - Stainless-Steel Model # LCSP1110ST or another LG microwave, the interior light on all of them stays on when the door is opened and only turns off when the door is closed...^IFV

• Light remains on when door is open and is cooking. When time is completed and timer goes off, Light turns off. When you open the door light turns on

• Yes the light stays on when you open the door for this model and stays on while cooking. I am not sure about other models.
