• It comes with a rack and a metal pan. A full size pizza won't fit, but you could bake a Totino's party pizza in it. Nothing bigger than that.

• You could use the glass platter but they supply a raised wire rack that sits on the glass to elevate the food and allows hot air to surround the food. I use the wire rack for almost all air cooking.
