Hi there, Steve! Thank you for your question about installing the LMV1764ST microwave. While both the LMV1813ST and LMV1764ST are similar, the mounting brackets may differ slightly. To ensure a secure and proper fit, we recommend using the new mounting bracket provided with the LMV1764ST. It's also possible that you may need to drill new holes for the mounting screws and corded plug access, depending on the alignment. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I replaced a 10 year old LG microwave and I reused all of the same mountings. The old one is gone so I don't know the model number, but when I measure it it was the same dimensions as this one. It took me longer to unpack the new unit that it did to swap it out with the old one.
