Yes, the microwave has holes on top so you can screw onto hanging cabinets. Personally I’d recommend getting a wall mount (a simple lip to hold from the bottom will do), to avoid any accidents

Over the Range Microwave in Stainless Steel, Model # LMV1831ST has to be installed on a wall so that the oven is mounted on a flat, vertical wall and supported by the wall. The wall should be constructed of a minimum 2" x 4" wood stud and 3/8" thick wall or plaster/lath. The microwave also has to be secured to the upper cabinet and the upper cabinet and the rear wall must support 150 lbs., plus the weight of any items you place inside the oven or upper cabinet.
