QuestionThank you Zack b. I don’t have the hardware included w the fridge to reverse the doors and calling lg they don’t know what to send me. Can you help me figure out how to get the hrdware? link or model #? All i find on parts site is the same left side hing

- Answer It is recommended that the door reversal for the LG 10.1 cu. ft. Bottom Mount Refrigerator, Model # LBNC10551W be done by an authorized installer or service person. Typically, reversing the doors on our refrigerators does not require any hardware. It is just rearranging the hinges from one side to the other side, but for some refrigerators, the process is complicated and requires a certain skill level. You would also need to have the correct tools and a service manual would be necessary if you have never done the door reversal before. The service manual may only be available to LG Authorised Service Technicians or Service Centers. You can contact any of our Regional LG Authorized Parts Distributors to inquire if you can order a service manual from them. QuestionThis is in regard to LBNC10551V. (1) Can I choose/request on which side (right or left) the hinges of the doors should be mounted? (2) If not, what is the default side (right or left) of the door hinges?

- Answer The LG 10.1 cu. ft. Capacity 2-Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator, Model # LBNC10551V is shipped from the factory as a right swing door (i.e. hinges are on the right-hand side) and regrettably, you are not able to choose/request on which side they are mounted on, however, the refrigerator is designed with reversible doors that can be installed to open from either the left or the right to fit the installation location. It is recommended that the doors must be reversed by an authorized installer or service person. Service calls to reverse doors are not covered by the warranty...^IFV

QuestionModel: LBNC10551W vs LBN10551W According to the LG website this newer model (LBNC) is energy star rated but the Best Buy site states it is not. Could you verify whether it is or not?

QuestionI know that this refrigerator is designed with reversible doors. My question is here. Do I need to separately buy other parts (e.g., hinges) to reverse the doors? Otherwise, all parts coming with the refrigerator would allow me to reverse the doors?

QuestionI need to open the doors from the right, so I perhaps have to reverse the doors once a refrigerator is delivered. All necessary parts (e.g., hinges) will come with the refrigerator, so I don't need to buy any parts separately to reverse doors, right?

- Answer Allow at least 29 4/5 inches (758 mm) in front of the refrigerator to open the doors, and at least 2 inches (50 mm) between the back of the refrigerator and the wall.
