There is a cap that you unscrew on the back/bottom of the unit that lets the condensate drain out, though it sounds like it doesn't need to be drained often.

This unit features an auto evaporation system, which typically eliminates the need to manually drain condensate under most conditions. However, if excess moisture needs to be drained, there is a drain plug located on the back or bottom of the unit. Simply remove the plug and allow the water to drain into a suitable container or through a hose (not included).
