“Not heating lights on and setting cook 2 minutes but food not heated”

• Could you please clarify if the "heating lights" that you are referring to for the LG 2.0 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking - PrintProof™ Black Stainless Steel, Model # LMV2031BD is the interior cavity light? This light is supposed to turn on when the door is opened and it will turn off when the door is closed then turn on when you start cooking and stay on during cooking. Does the light turn on at all? Does the microwave run at all after you have set the time for cooking but doesn't heat up? If the the diode in the oven burns out, the magnetron won't receive enough voltage to operate, preventing the microwave from heating. When the diode fails, it is often visibly burned out. It will need to be replaced....^IFV
