“Does this unit allow venting back into the kitchen? I have no ducts in the kitchen to connect to outside. If yes, how to switch to internal ventilation before installing?”

We don't have any ducts from above our microwave to the outside either. It vents out the top of the microwave --- which is fine UNLESS you have a cabinet over the built-in microwave. For us, we get a ton of sweat on the outside of the cabinet above the microwave if we are running it for more than a handful of minutes. We find ourselves having to keep the cabinet doors above the microwave open whenever we're running it more than 4 minutes. Kinda stinks, but it is what it is.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the unit will vent into the kitchen. All you have to do is remove a couple of screws on the top where the fan is and rotate the fan. The microwave comes with instuctions to do this in case you need them
