QuestionI don't want to use this over a range. I have a beverage area in my kitchen and want to mount it there. I guess my question is does it have to go over a range?

- Answer Yes, it can go anywhere in the kitchen. Remember It still requires a cabinet above to hang from.

- Answer LG appliances don’t seem to be very reliable. The door to our microwave cracked, then the heating element went out, all within 3 years of purchase.

QuestionCan this unit be installed above a range that does not have a cabinet above it? Our range has nothing over it and I would need to install this directly to the wall with no cabinet above the microwave. Also do I need to buy anyting to attach it to the wall

QuestionBest Buy just installed microwave yesterday.. However when using the nite light we find the inside of microwave oven to be very warm to the point of hot. Is this normal for this microwave or is this a defect? Anyone else experienced this?

QuestionCan I string together a series of instructions (I can on my ancient OTR unit). For instance, Cook on High for 2 minutes then immediately Timer for 2 minutes then immediately Cook on medium for 1 minute? I can then walk away for 5 minutes?

This unit can be vented in one of three ways, roof-venting, wall-venting or room-venting. Ducting will be needed for wall-venting or roof venting, but it is not needed for room venting. QuestionThe vent seems not to be working correctly. It sucks from where the carbon filter is located and not from underneath where the (4) stainless steel filters are located. Isn't the vent suppose to suck the steam from underneath the microwave?
