• Regardless of whether you have Spectrum Cable service or another cable service, the LG - 2.1-Channel S40T Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Bluetooth Connectivity, Dolby Audio and WOW Orchestra - Black, Model # S40T, typically connects to your TV that is connected to the set-top box that your cable service provider gives you. If you prefer to connect the soundbar directly to your cable set-top box instead, the soundbar has an HDMI ►TV (Arc) port that can be connected to an HDMI ARC port on a cable set-top box that features an HDMI ARC port, or it can be connected via its Optical Digital Audio Input to a set-top box that has an Optical Digital Audio Output. Check to see what connectivity your Spectrum set-top box has. If it does have an HDMI ARC port or an Optical Digital Audio Output, then the soundbar should be connected to your TV which in turn, is connected to your set-top box...^Ivan.
