“I have hearing loss and wear aides, just bought 55” LG tv. Just wondering which sound bar would be good for me. My new tv just don’t have great audio for hearing loss.”

I would NOT recommend this if your hearing issues are with mid level sounds (impossible to hear voices on this sound bar). If your hearing problems are more the high end sounds, then this might be a good options as the sound bar is VERY much focused on high frequency.
