Does it turn itself off automatically? null

The Soundbar has Auto Power and will shut off if no signal is detected from connected devices after roughly a minute. ^Daphane

Yes it does, it gets On when TV gets turn On and Off when tv is turned Off but my TV is LG also so is one thing to consider.

Once connected to the optic audio out from your tv yes, the sound bar will come on automatically which will also trigger the wireless sub on as well.
