• Yes, this is 100% compatible with the Samsung TVs. I connected everything using the cords supplied and it connected straight to my tv and remote. I’m using the Samsung remote for the Soundbar too. You don’t have to hassle with two different remotes.

• The LG SL4Y 2.1 Channel 300W Sound Bar w/ Bluetooth Streaming has an Optical Digital Audio In that can be connected to any TV, regardless of brand or manufacturer, that has an Optical Digital Audio Out. It can also be paired with most TV's that support Bluetooth. Some TVs may only pair with Soundbars that have been tested for compatibility with the TVs. Check the owner's manual for your TV to see if has any restrictions about which Soundbars it can be paired with...^IFV
