“Does the sub woofer have a separate volume control from the sound bar?”

• Yes. its right below the master volume control for the soundbar on the remote. like the sound bar volume, there are 20 settings. this is really nice for fine tuning the bass level with your highs and mids. master volume also has 20 settings.

• You can adjust the subwoofers tones in the settings, but no there isn't a separate control once you set them to what you like you would have to remember adjust them individually if you wanted more bass.. etc

• NO, there is only 1 volume control for the entire unit. There are 3 settings on the remote I believe which I'm sure is supposed to adjust some of that out but I find that even using the "voice" setting still has quite a bit of the bass in it. I too wish we could take out some of that when not watching a movie but its still a great set up for the money.
