• You should be able to EASLY do 20 ft. I currently am about 30 ft. Away with no issues. Just remember that for the best possible connection you should have a direct line of sight between the sub and the Soundbar.

• Ours is set up about 17ft apart, in a 10x20sq ft room. We have no problems.
