“my subwoofer turns on and off and will have loud cracking noise and green light goes dark than comes back on. anyway to fix this or I am returning it”

• The instructions say how to take care of that. Need to pair up sub with bar. There are like 3 steps to it. Also you could control the sub volume with the remote
