“I put the soap pod in first then load a reasonable amount of clothes. When I open the washer there is a large amount of soap at the front of the washer, so I have to do a rinse cycle. What needs to be done to prevent this from happening? Thank you.”

• Soap should be adjusted according to the amount of laundry. Putting in a lot doesn't make the laundry work well.
