Yep. It’s actually like halfway through a normal cycle you should be emptying it out… Otherwise the clothes won’t get dry which is pretty standard... you will have to run x2 cycles through this machine to get a fully dry load. Mine just broke down on me after three years - not impressed.

Capacity 24” Compact Front Load Washer w/ NFC Tag On, Model # WM1388HW then it means that the filter is clogged and water is unable to drain properly. The drain filter needs to be checked periodically to ensure that it is not clogged with lint or foreign objects. There shouldn't be any water in the dryer at all and the only way there is water in the dryer is if you load wet clothes into into and the heat from drying does not evaporate the water...^IFV
